Fill It Out and Sign
Players walk up to the NPC and get handed a full application on a clipboard. They pick how much they're requesting, answer a few questions, and sign at the bottom before submitting. Everything from the max balance to the questions is configurable by the server owner.
You're Approved
If the player meets the eligibility requirements, the application goes through and they get issued their card with the requested balance. The cooldown kicks in right after, so they won't be able to apply again until the timer runs out.
Not Everyone Qualifies
If a player's bank balance is over the configured threshold, they get denied on the spot. It keeps the system realistic and stops players who are already loaded from milking it for extra cash.
Come Back Later
After getting approved, players are locked out from applying again until the cooldown expires. The default is a week, but server owners can set it to whatever fits their economy.
It's in Your Pocket
Once approved, the EBT Card lives in your inventory like any other item, with your character's name and current balance right in the description. Other players can rob it off you and use it themselves, so guard it.
